Interestingly, French regulators are planning to introduce new rules for ICO’s designed to attract more crypto-transactions to the Europe. I’ll be blogging about it more in the upcoming weeks, and its impact for EU regulation, but I think it’s safe to expect a “light touch” approach creating an alternative regime for ICOs.
