Brexit Day is Less than a Year Away…with a Lot More to Do

So after an entirely interesting panel today at IIEL on Brexit and the law, I learned that by Brexit Day, March 29, 2019, a finalized UK withdrawal agreement will have not only have been finalized—but also ratified by half of the European Parliament and a majority of the Council.
